Wood Drying

Prepares Materials

Cutting material
The cutting process will be double-sided planing, four-sided planing, plate and other processes, and finally processed into the parts of the product
Machine processing
Machine processing to complete the fixed length, fixed width, drilling, milling, slot car and other processes, the processing allowance will be removed, forming processing. This process will be strictly controlled by quality control.
Sanding
The parts and components of the product are roughed, that is, the processing allowance is processed through the belt of the sanding machine.
Assembly
Assemble the product parts into parts and adopt wooden tenon connection to ensure safety and firmness.
Material inspection
The assembled parts need to be carefully inspected, the parts damaged during the assembly process are selected for centralized destruction, and the defective parts are repaired.
First primer
Primer is the first layer of the paint system. It is used for finishing wood surfaces, improving the adhesion of the finish, increasing the fullness of the finish, providing anti-corrosion function, etc. At the same time can ensure the uniform absorption of the paint, so that the paint system to play the best effect.
Primer to dry
We use environmentally friendly and pollution-free water-based paint. After spraying, the moisture content of the product will increase. In order to better control the cracking and deformation, the product needs to be dried.
Polish
Grind the dried parts again to smooth the surface and smooth the corners.
Second coat of primer
During the spraying process, it is necessary to ensure that the surface of the parts is clean, the air pressure of the spray gun is sufficient, and the spraying force is even, so as to ensure the uniformity and smoothness of the paint surface.
Secondary primer drying
After spraying the water-based paint, let the product parts enter the drying room to dry through the hanging wire, and then enter the next process.
Second polishing
This process requires workers to use pure manual grinding, and no machine can be used to perform meticulous manual grinding of the corners and the surface of the parts. Only careful hand polishing can guarantee the final quality.
Spray lacquer
Apply the topcoat evenly to the part to enhance the richness and gloss of the finish. At the same time, it also improves the hardness of the paint surface and enhances the anti-corrosion, wear resistance and high temperature resistance of the paint surface, so that children can use it more safely and worry-free.
Paint drying
All product parts sprayed with finish paint will be sent to the drying room for the last drying treatment to ensure that the moisture content of product parts is continuously controlled within the qualified range and effectively prevent quality problems such as cracking and deformation in the process of use.
Offline inspection
The product parts after the topcoat spraying have basically completed the processing, and the product parts are fully inspected before the production line to ensure that the quality of each product part is qualified.
test assembly
Before the packaging process of each product, it must be confirmed by the quality inspector, and only after passing the packaging process can it enter the packaging process.
Package
